Water Strider is a new Solar Farm being built in Halifax County, VA. The site is a 1,000 acre site with three different cell areas being developed, construction began in summer 2020. Rock Tec was brought aboard to drill and blast the sediment basins. With 5 drills operating throughout the site Rock Tec kept a very ambitious schedule on time and kept the project moving forward during the wettest year on record for the area.
